Kascade Workouts & Wellness is a fitness coaching brand focused on strength and sustainable wellness for surfers. I led the brand identity development and extended the system into social by creating reusable Instagram templates and editing short-form Reels. I focused on building a scalable visual identity that supports content and stands out in a competitive digital fitness space.
Following the launch of the brand identity and social system, the business grew from open availability to sustaining a waitlist.

To support long-term consistency, I developed a brand guide that enabled the client, Kat to independently create on-brand content. The guide defined logo usage, typography, and colour application.

Kat contracted me to create ongoing posts and edit short-form Reels as needed. Alongside video production, I developed reusable carousel templates to support consistent, independent content creation. To test engagement and relatability, Kat wanted to incorporate handwritten-style typography in select posts. Although not part of the primary brand guide, this experimentation was intentional and aligned with evolving content strategy.
