Project Overview
Project Overview
Wage Equity is a non-profit advocacy initiative focused on promoting fair pay and equitable workplace practices. This project involved designing a printed case-for-support brochure to communicate the initiative’s purpose and encourage organizational support.
This work was completed during my internship as a Junior Visual Designer at Anchor Marketing. I worked from copy provided by a copywriter and followed brand direction established by the senior design team, delivering print-ready layouts for final production.

As part of the project, I designed a series of social posts to support the broader Wage Equity campaign. The work followed existing brand guidelines and focused on translating key messages into accessible visuals for social platforms.
Outcome & Takeaway
Outcome & Takeaway
The final brochure was delivered as a print-ready asset and used to support Wage Equity’s outreach and fundraising efforts, alongside a series of social posts designed to extend the campaign across digital channels. The project reflects my ability to apply established brand systems, collaborate within an agency team, and deliver production-ready design work.
